Garbage & Recycling
Garbage and recycling pickup is available on Fire Routes 45 and B,C,D,E every Thursday morning. Place your bins at the roadside by 7 am. Make sure you follow the rules for separating and bagging/containers. If your garbage is not picked up, call 705-742-4268. If your recycling is not picked up, call 705-742-3139. Please do not leave your garbage or recycling at the roadside overnight as it may attract bears to your area. If you cannot put it out, either take it back to your home or to one of the local Transfer Stations: Anstruther Transfer Station / Haultain Transfer Station – 705-656-4361
